A report of how much battery each app uses
That way a user could see what apparently consume the most. This data could be used to suggest better apps that are similar

Seperate data and wifi schedules
It would be great if JD (UJ) had seperate schedules for Data and Wifi, rather than lumping them together. Then say Wifi could be disabled all day, until you get home - and data could be on at your scheduled period throughout the day. Even better would be to have an MMS option too, to allow data on a schedule, but allow MMS all the time (if selected). But deffinitly Wifi and Data seperate schedules would be great.
I am running the latest JD Beta from Market, and Ultimate Juice also.

Just to understand this:
The original request can be managed by using “location”
1. Set up the schedules to use mobile data only
2. Set up location + “keep on” (wifi) for your homeDone? Whats the user scenario that needs separating? Everything I read so far can be managed as described by me imho?

Enable/disable connectivity during phone call
When I'm calling to whoever or to some cellphone service and get in line, I usually take the phone off my ear and check the screen if the call is still on or what's the time or other things. Or put to speaker or whatever. When I'm doing this, screen goes on and connectivity is enabled. When I put the phone back to my ear the screen goes off and connectivity is disabled. This bugs me!
I would like to select in Juice Defender settings whether the connectivity is always enabled or always disabled when I get a phone call.… more

Automatic reenable after airplane mode by e.g. saving pin
Hi,
Id like my phone to get back online after I slept through the night without entering the pin myself. This way, the phone could synchronize even if I overslept or didnt use it right after I woke up.88 votesunder review ·

Hey,
the dev said
a) using a pin is useless
b) the users dont really seem to care enough (meaning he has not been convinced by the few comments here)So, try your luck :)

You could simply turn off the pin, but yes thats not as “secure”…
Saving your pin is not secure either, but I get your point.

Amazon Appstore
The Amazon Appstore version of Juice Defender is well behind the Google version. I am only at version 3.4.4 and the Google version if much further along.
I am also having problems with the wifi prefer and disable features along with the refresh schedule feature. Pretty much I'm having problems with the features that have blue buttons that highlight when selected. They turn blue but once I leave the settings page they lose the blue highlight. So ultimately they won't turn on. I'm hoping that maybe an update would fix the problem, but as I said earlier the Amazon Appstore… more66 votesunder review ·

I know you must be sick of hearing this BUT I have actual news:
version 3.7.6 has been submitted to Amazon on Friday and amazon told us they will “prioritize” us.. whatever this means..
I HOPE for all of us that this is over soon.. -
a. Time after unlock before réactive data. Thanks
When i unlock screen, data is activated. But not useful if i just read à message.. The possibility of chosing à time before réactivation could be cool.

Let change Wifi control Auto Disable variables
On Auto Disable we got 2 variables ("1" minute to try to connect and "15" minutes to re-enable). Please lets change these number ("1" and "15" to whatever we want). For me "20" seconds is more than ok to connect to Wifi, and "5" minutes to re-enable.

Will talk to the dev, but usually, if there is not a huge demand he does not change these variables ;)

[idea] allow personal profiles
I'd love to see to set up different profiles for all settings.
Meaning: Normally i have a profile enabbling a regular schedule (15min), a peak from 10-18 and a night schdeule from 22 till 07:00.When I am in my home town time by time I have very bad reception for 3G as it's in the country side. Thus peak drains my battery.
It would be nice to have one profile (home) with my normal set up and an additional one (country) where I have no peak schedule but e.g. data with display on trigger.
Same applies for example when… more

Keep data on while screen on
Right now there is only option to have data always enabled when screen is on.
I'd like to have option to keep data on while the screen is on.
For example:
1) I switch on the screen - nothing happens
2) App trigger turn on mobile
3) I close app but mobile stay on until I'll switch off screen18 votes -
Add option to keep WiFi on as long as connected to home network
I would really like WiFi to be always on when at home, since I use my Android phone as VoIP phone for my landline, and obviously the VoIP client doesn't communicate enough for JD to not cut WiFi access.

2g/3g switch with widget
Whenever jd knows how to switch from 2g to 3g and back automatically, it would be nice to be able to do the switch manually from the widget.

Bluetooth on a Schedule
We've got schedules for syncing intervals, automated wifi on and off.
-Can Bluetooth On/Off be added to a schedule so say during my morning commute it's guaranteed on during a certain time period?
-Can Bluetooth On/Off be added to the same "Learning" feature as Wifi?
-Can Bluetooth be turned On/Off whenever connected to a power source?13 votesunder review ·

JuiceDefender (Private Beta) Updater from within JuiceDefender
I would like to have an "Update" button from within JuiceDefender Beta, or a standalone app that downloads and checks for the latest version, if it's found it will download and update. Could this be added? It's just as easy to download a new version, but would be nice to be notified when a new beta is out :)

button in quickbox for keep wifi enabled
would be extremely handy for those times you want to finish an im conversation or surfing between non phone related activities
even better if it opened a popup of time options.. eg 5 mins, 10 mins, 15 mins, 20 mins, 30 mins, 60 mins, until further notice, while at this location
I have done this manually using timeouts and location adjustments, but they are temporary needs and then I must remember to set them back to normal ... which makes this perfect for the quick box :)

Keep wifi on, while on a network, NOT tied to network location
I have a router installed in my vehicle. I regularly travel region-wide.
If I leave this SSID in "training" mode under location, not only does the location size get HUGE, but training never gets higher then 10% or so.Obviously, this is happening, because the program is thinking that this specific network is one massive network.
Setting it to "ignore" is causing JD to disconnect wifi when Im connected to this network, and revert to the schedule (5 min on peak, 15 min off peak) rather then staying connected.
And, yes, i have wifi on "keep enabled"
Wifi stays perfectly… more

Keep on for wifi should still work though..
Is it possible that your Router in the car “turns off” for short moments and JD thinks Wifi is not connected anymore thus resuming its normal state?
Can you try if this problems happens with a fixed router as well?
Also have you tried our latest beta?
And yes with a moving router, location is not really “possible” -
Disable Data After a Period of Inactiviy
Rather than have data disable after the screen goes dark, I would like to configure it to wait 5, 10, 15 minutes etc. For me this makes sense in situations where I'm using an IM client or other applications that I'm waiting for a data response, I have to keep the screen active to keep my data connection active.

Multiple Peak times over a day
Commuting with public transportation every day is a hassle. Thankfully some Smartphone's apps allow to check (automatically) for train delays and such. I would therefore prefer more than one peak time a day for stable connection, e.g. one in the morning and another one in the afternoon. To get every apps bit of information can save a lot of frustration ;)
Right now i am using the weekend settings set to mon-fri for an additional evening peak, but that can't be the answer :-)
So, two or more peak times during a day would be just wonderful!
Thanks!
