BETA - Brightness, bluetooth settings not saving

JD Plus 3.9.4, Android 2.3.5, HTC Desire HD. I find that the advanced features for enabling brightness controls and Bluetooth connectivity revert to disabled if ever JD is stopped/ restarted. The 'enabled' setting is not saved.

Have you tried a complete reinstall? Even if yes, please try it again BUT only enable Bluetoth and see if that works.

I've now tried that, but it makes no difference. The settings revert to 'disabled' whenever JD is opened (note: It doesn't need to be stopped/restarted as I suggested before, just opened from the Toolbox/ status bar/ wherever.) The settings are saved, but only until JD is next opened...
