That might be due to a last minute change in the internal setup; uninstall/reinstall should fix it.

I dont know if mark will implement something like this, but the idea seems reasonable to me :)

With the new Bluetooth settings would it be possible to allow only certain radios to tun on for certain programs? Such as Bluetooth for phone and a music app only? Wifi only for Wifi Analyzer? Something like the examples?

UPDATE:
Please try both and report back how it works :) And update to 3.4.6 ;)
tl;dr: “remove system package”, update to v3.4.1, report again!
-This is just AMAZING! Thanks everybody for the awesome feedback!
This is obviously a delicate issue and there are a number of problems to address, so it’s better to handle them one at a time.
Let’s start with the lost-after-reboot one. It took a lot of checks and workarounds coding but 3.4.1 should survive reboots (and updates). It’s been tested on CM6.1.1 and stock Gingerbread – but I’m sure all the ROMs out there do things differently, so keep the feedback coming!
IMPORTANT: “About”/scroll to bottom/“remove system package” BEFORE upgrading to v3.4.1 (or you’ll have to delete a spurious apk with other means – not sure if its presence is harmful for v3.4.1).
To completely remove JD you will probably need… more

JD does not start on reboot if I hit done instead of open then reboot. If I open jd once after reboot then it auto starts every time after that.

@Mark I don't have any more info on the r/o vs r/w thing but I will ask my friend and see if he can shed any light on it though out looks like out wasn't the problem since jd is now surviving reboot and working perfectly.
Tracy Cooper Jr commented ·
@Mark I talked to a buddy of mine and he said the problem could be that you are not mounting the system folder as r/w then terminating as r/o. He didn't look at the apk or anything, he just has seen this problem with some other programs he has installed. Just wanted to let you know in case out helps at all.

Found a workaround that is fairly quick. After reboot scroll to bottom of about tab and remove System Package. Hit home key. Go back into Juicedefender and hit proceed to allow it to reinstall the System package. Once it is done it works until reboot again but much faster than having to uninstall everything everytime.

@Mark: Emil with catlogs have been sent.
Tracy Cooper Jr commented ·
@Mark: I will get that logcat to you asap.
Tracy Cooper Jr commented ·
Mark,
What should I filter for when using logcat as I'm sure you want logs of the problem and don't want to send you everything. Also, I am unable to vote for this ticket so will I still be able to receive updates?Tracy Cooper Jr commented ·
Rooted EVO 4G running CM7 RC1. Works correctly until reboot at which time it can no longer turn off data, only Wifi. To get it to work again I have to uninstall JuiceDefender then using Titanium Backup uninstall the Juicedefendersystem.apk. Once that is done I can reboot and reinstall at which point it works perfectly until I reboot again.

Quite some builds since v3.6.6! Development is moving forward fast on several parallel paths; as of v3.7.3, this is the feedback I need:
- AOSP helper (rooted only): if installation failed before, try again – if it fails again send the log and let me know here: http://feedback.latedroid.com/forums/70437-general/suggestions/1053767-aosp-helper-all-you-need-to-know
- LTE-capable phones (only if the AOSP helper installed): http://feedback.latedroid.com/forums/70437-feedback/suggestions/2235451-4g-lte-support-
- the new Location is getting fixes and improvements at every build – lemme know if it works better or worse: http://feedback.latedroid.com/forums/70437-feedback/suggestions/1319595
- MMS problems: MMS should work reliably as of v3.7.3 but it’s 100% untested, so please share your findings: http://feedback.latedroid.com/forums/70437-feedback/suggestions/1172191-mms-sending-receiving-not-working
- remotely disable JD via SMS: try it and tell me if it works! http://feedback.latedroid.com/forums/70437-feedback/suggestions/2126315-enable-data-if-the-phone-receives-a-sms-with-a-cer

1) I like it as long as it is plainly marked as Beta. Never too many testers.
2) I never used the old forum but if people can't use the new one I say move back.
3) Sorry but can't really help out with the moderator problem though if I see problems I will report them.Tracy Cooper Jr gave this 3 votes ·

UPDATE: v3.6.8 is out (latestdev) with a brand new Location algorithm. For the sake of testing, please clear all your locations (or try the new view/auto-reset) and restart from scratch :)
Training works as before (conceptually) but the uber-expansion should be prevented in most cases.

Ah, that’s interesting! (@Bubo)
This is what I mean by “location gets polluted by stray readings” – for whatever reason (ahem radio firmware bugs) the normal cell kicks out the phone, which then connects, even if for only a couple of seconds, to a cell much farther away; in the long term this will result in pitiful Location accuracy. So, some possible ways to circumvent this:
- have an option to set lat/lon/accuracy manually
- have a manual ‘freeze’ button for each location that would prevent further “expansion”
- have a global “max radius” option for all locations
